Just a sketch of a random creature I drew a few weeks ago. I kinda like the mouth design. I might make something out of this guy then just a sketch, but I guess i'll leave that up to you guys to decide.
One thing I should explain is to why its head looks strange. it's because the head has another layer of thick skin that folds over when the creature closes its mouth. Its also a nocternal creature because its four tiny eyes are extremely sensitive to sunlight. and in his mouth has, instead of a toung, it has a massive gland that spews out a huge gush of acidic fluid that can reach a good 12 ft.
just aslong as you guys understand those details I wont explain further unless you ask me, might help brainstorm a little bit more on this guy if you did though.

look up the sound hound from the original half life. THAT'S what this kinda reminds me of, but a LOT cooler.
